This would include acute illnesses (for example UTIs, routine colds, etc.) or chronic disease (stable hypertension. diabetes, hyperlipidemia, asthma, etc.) management that, based on the provider’s medical judgment, can be managed over the phone.
GENERAL PROCESS OF VISIT
Request a visit with Front Office Staff, who will speak to a provider to confirm that we are able to meet your needs without being seen in person.
We will then provide a 2-hour window of when to expect a phone or video call from the provider for the visit.
You will be initially assessed on the phone by Nurse to get Chief Complaint, history of present illness, height, weight, and reconcile medications.
Speak to the provider about your illness or issue.
Payment collected through Phreesia paperwork update or payment information given over the phone.
